Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Experience Required: Experienced candidates preferred
Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive retail sales of auto parts by identifying and engaging with customers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right automobile spare parts based on their requirements.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.
  • Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide after-sales support.
  • Ensure proper stock management and availability of fast-moving auto parts.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and supply chain team to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide updates to management.
  • Promote new products and offers to increase revenue.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (B.Tech, MBA, B.Com, M.Com).
  • Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the automobile parts industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Good understanding of automotive components and spare parts.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
  • Passion for the automotive industry and customer service.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience).
