We are looking for a skilled Oracle Field Service (OFS) Developer with strong expertise in Wholesale process development. This role combines technical OFS development and configuration responsibilities with a deep understanding of wholesale business workflows—particularly in telecom, utilities, or large-scale distribution sectors. The ideal candidate will help design, develop, and implement scalable solutions that enhance our field service and wholesale operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and configure Oracle Field Service (OFS) Cloud solutions to support field operations and wholesale service workflows.
• Customize OFS components such as routing, capacity management, activity types, and user interface screens.
• Develop and integrate OFS plug-ins, REST/SOAP APIs, and third-party systems to support wholesale order and provisioning flows.
• Translate wholesale process requirements (e.g., order capture, inventory management, service delivery) into OFS functional design.
• Collaborate with business analysts and wholesale operations teams to automate and optimize end-to-end service delivery processes.
• Ensure OFS aligns with broader wholesale systems such as CRM, BSS/OSS platforms, ERP, and network inventory.
• Develop scalable, reusable configurations and automation scripts to manage complex service fulfillment for wholesale customers.
• Support UAT, deployment, and production rollout for new OFS features or integrations.
• Stay updated with OFS product enhancements and wholesale industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Oracle Field Service Cloud development and configuration.
• Strong knowledge of OFS architecture, APIs, plug-ins, and UI customization (JavaScript, HTML).
• Demonstrated experience in wholesale process development—such as service provisioning, order management, SLAs, and fulfillment.
• Experience working in telecom, utilities, or large-scale wholesale distribution environments.
• Hands-on experience with integrations using REST, SOAP, and middleware tools (e.g., OIC, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft).
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion, Siebel, or other wholesale CRM/BSS/OSS systems.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle Field Service Cloud Certification.
• Experience with geolocation/mapping tools (e.g., Google Maps, HERE Maps).
• Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
• Exposure to TM Forum standards (e.g., eTOM, SID) for wholesale service providers.
