Key responsibilities

  • Sales and business development:

  • Collaborate with designers to develop proposals and presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
  • Track sales performance and report on metrics.
  • Marketing and brand management:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and market share.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Create content for social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Plan and coordinate marketing events, such as exhibitions and project showcases.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, designers, and contractors.
  • Client and project management:
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional pre- and post-sales support.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth project execution after a sale is closed.
  • Maintain a CRM system to track leads and manage customer relationships.

Necessary skills

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.
  • Sales and sales management experience.
