Job Details:

Business Analyst professional specializing in AI & Automation to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on leveraging AI and UiPath to optimize business processes through automation.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to ensure quality across automation initiatives.

You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design automation solutions, and validate their efficacy in enhancing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and understand their business process requirements, identifying opportunities for automation to streamline operations.

You will translate these business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications, developing comprehensive process workflows and solution design documents tailored to these requirements.

As part of the quality assurance process, you will conduct rigorous testing to validate the automation solutions against the specified requirements.

You will also play a pivotal role in providing training and support to end-users to facilitate successful adoption.

Must Have:

Expertise in analysis, testing, and troubleshooting APIs.

Advanced data analysis and SQL skills for robust business insights.

Strong experience in developing and automating test plans for automation solutions.

Experience with Azure Portal tools (App Insights, Storage Accounts, Service Bus).

RPA knowledge, especially UiPath.

Hands-on experience in defining requirements and documenting process design for automation solutions using UiPath.

Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and their application in process automation.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess business processes and identify automation opportunities.

Experience with Agile scrum methodology.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and document requirements.

High level of attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and quality of automation solutions.

Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently, adhering to timelines and priorities.

Experience with Healthcare Revenue Cycle business processes and challenges

Nice To Have:

Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or .NET to support advanced automation needs.

Product owner or scrum master certification

Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.

5+ years of writing requirements and testing automation solutions in a professional setting.

Additional Requirements:

Expertise in analysis, testing, and troubleshooting APIs.

Advanced data analysis and SQL skills for robust business insights.

Strong experience in developing and automating test plans for automation solutions.

Highly adaptableable to quickly take on roles in validation, analysis, and documentation as needed.

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to dynamic business environments.

Proficiency with Confluence, Jira, and/or Azure DevOps for project and requirements management.

Deep understanding of Scrum/Agile methodologies and Scrum Master practices.

Proactive approach to identifying and solving problems. Self-motivated with the capability to meet deadlines on overlapping initiatives.

Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders and team members.

Proven analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to think critically and outside of the box.

Domain Skills with basic understanding of US Healthcare/RCM.
