Personal Assistant to Managing Director

To support the CEO in personal tasks, daily life management, household coordination, travel, and general personal administration so the CEO can focus on business and strategic activities.
Key Responsibilities1. Personal Administration
- Manage CEO's personal calendar, reminders, and appointments.
- Handle personal documentation, IDs, bills, insurance, medical reports, etc.
- Coordinate household activities & staff when required.
2. Travel & Event Management
- Plan personal travel – tickets, hotels, itineraries.
- Organise family events, functions, and celebrations.
- Coordinate logistics like driver schedules, car maintenance, etc.
3. Personal Errands
- Handle bill payments, bank coordination, document submissions.
- Purchase of personal items, gifts, essentials.
- Pick-up/drop tasks when necessary.
4. Communication Support
- Handle personal calls, WhatsApp communication, SMS drafting.
- Maintain contact list, personal files, and reminders.
5. Confidential & Trusted Support
- Manage high confidentiality in personal financial and family matters.
- Ensure smooth and stress-free personal life operations.
