Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Market Research & Business Development Intern to join our

team.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about research, strategic business growth, and the hospitality sector - eager to contribute to site analyses and feasibility studies that drive investment and development decisions, as well as support initiatives that guide our business expansion efforts.

Roles & Responsibilities

● Conduct primary and secondary research, prepare GIS mapping to support site analysis, feasibility studies, and market assessments.

● Research hospitality projects including hotels, resorts, and mixed-use developments to

evaluate trends and opportunities in the industry.

● Track industry trends, competitor projects, and market movements within the hospitality

consulting landscape.

● Gather and interpret data related to location dynamics, accessibility, competition,

demographics, and demand drivers in the hospitality sector.

● Benchmark industry trends, competitor projects, and best practices to support data-driven

recommendations.

● Assist in preparing financial models, demand projections, and ROI estimations under

guidance.

● Create professional reports, research documents, presentations, and decks for internal and

client-facing use.

● Support the team in business development through lead research & market mapping along with assisting in outreach activities, database building & project pipeline support.

● Ensure accuracy, clarity, and structure in all research outputs to aid decision-making for

clients and investors.

Requirements

● Recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business,

Economics, Statistics, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or related fields. MBA is a plus

● Strong interest in the hospitality, tourism, and real estate development sectors.

● Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and GIS Mapping tools is a MUST.

● Ability to conduct both primary and secondary research with attention to detail and

accuracy.

● Strong research, analytical, and presentation skills.

● Good written and verbal communication skills to prepare professional reports and

presentations.

● Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
