Senior Human Resources Recruiter:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Senior HR Recruiter to join our team. This role offers valuable hands-on experience across various HR and recruitment functions, providing a strong platform for individuals looking to grow their career in Human Resources. As a full-time team member, you will have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to our hiring strategies, talent pipeline, and overall organizational growth.
Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Hiring
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles across various departments.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, networking, employee referrals, and headhunting.
- Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and evaluate candidates for culture and skill fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback cycles.
- Own and optimize the entire recruitment pipeline for better efficiency and quality of hires.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with department heads and leadership teams to understand hiring needs.
- Provide market insights, candidate feedback, and hiring recommendations.
- Maintain strong communication and relationships with internal stakeholders.
Employer Branding & Recruitment Excellence
- Support employer branding initiatives, career events, and social media hiring campaigns.
- Improve candidate experience by maintaining transparent and timely communication.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards and metrics for leadership review.
Process Improvement
- Identify gaps and recommend improvements in the recruitment process.
- Leverage HR tools and ATS platforms to streamline hiring workflows.
- Ensure alignment with company culture, values, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- 5–6 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment across IT and Non-IT domains.
- Strong expertise in hiring for tech roles and non-tech roles .
- Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and ATS platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup environment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35, ₹50,000.00 per month
