As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a strategic enabler, aligning business priorities with people priorities. You will collaborate with business leaders, employees, and HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to drive organizational effectiveness, performance, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partnership
- Drive HR CoE projects at the business level based on organizational priorities.
- Conceptualize and anchor special HR initiatives to address evolving business and people needs.
- Partner with line managers to address performance gaps and guide them in assessing and implementing appropriate actions.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Oversee the end-to-end Talent Acquisition function including manpower planning, sourcing strategy, employer branding, and onboarding.
- Partner with business leaders to ensure talent pipeline readiness in line with business growth.
- Implement structured assessment and selection processes to hire the right-fit talent.
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, diversity ratios, etc.) and drive continuous improvement.
Talent & Performance Management
- Support critical talent in creating and executing their individual development plans.
- Facilitate performance discussions and coach managers on effective feedback mechanisms.
- Collaborate with L&D teams to build interventions for capability enhancement.
Employee Engagement & Recognition
- Drive effective implementation of the Rewards & Recognition program, ensuring alignment with organizational values.
- Track trends in employee concerns/behaviors and proactively recommend solutions.
- Conduct employee engagement activities, including focus group discussions (FGDs), to gather feedback and design actionable improvement plans.
Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
- Address employee grievances with empathy, ensuring timely resolution and closure.
- Escalate issues to relevant authorities when required, maintaining fairness and compliance.
- Ensure timely response to employee queries, providing clarity and support.
Data-Driven HR
- Analyze people metrics and trends to provide insights to leadership.
- Build data-backed action plans to improve engagement, performance, and retention.
