Role Overview

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with stakeholders, and promoting Mom's Belief services to schools, hospitals, and therapy centers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate leads through various channels (calls, visits, online outreach).
  • Build and maintain relationships with schools, pediatricians, and therapy centers.
  • Present Mom's Belief programs and services effectively to potential clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth onboarding of clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities and leads in CRM tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and networking abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
