About the Role

We are looking for a
Lead Fullstack Software Engineer
who brings deep frontend expertise with strong hands-on skills in
JavaScript, ReactJS
, and a solid foundation in
Data Structures, Algorithms, System Design, and SQL
. While your primary focus will be on frontend engineering, you will also contribute meaningfully to backend services built in any modern language , Python, Java, etc.).

You will work closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver high-performance, scalable, and user-centric web applications. As a lead, you will also guide and mentor junior engineers, influence architectural decisions, and drive engineering excellence across the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, performant frontend applications using
    JavaScript, ReactJS
    , and modern web technologies.
  • Collaborate on fullstack development, contributing to backend APIs and services in any mainstream backend stack , Python, Java, etc.).
  • Own and drive high-level architecture and low-level design for new product features.
  • Optimize performance and user experience for web applications.
  • Write efficient, modular, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA to deliver quality software on time.
  • Mentor junior engineers, review code, and ensure engineering best practices.
  • Drive technical initiatives, perform system and database design with scalability in mind.
  • Ensure robust monitoring, logging, and alerting for production systems.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 7+ years of software development experience in a product or tech-driven environment.
  • Expertise in
    JavaScript (ES6+), ReactJS
    , HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
  • Solid understanding and application of
    Data Structures and Algorithms
    .
  • Strong grasp of
    System Design principles
    and experience building scalable systems.
  • Proficiency in
    SQL
    and experience working with relational databases.
  • Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks.
  • Experience with at least one backend language like
    , Python, Java
    , or Go.
  • Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure).

Nice to Have

  • Experience with TypeScript, Redux, or modern frontend architecture patterns.
  • Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience in performance profiling and optimization.
  • Contributions to open-source projects or technical blogs.
