Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Service Engineer to join our technical team. In this

role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing IT hardware and

systems. You will troubleshoot technical issues, perform routine preventive maintenance, and

ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong technical knowledge,

communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site service and support for IT hardware
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and system checks
  • Handle customer interactions professionally
  • Document service activities and report issues
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams
  • Manage tasks efficiently and independently

Technical Skills Required

  • Basic knowledge of hardware components (Motherboard, Display, CPU, Monitor,

etc.)

  • Chip-level servicing knowledge (added advantage)
  • Understanding of computer hardware and software
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Professional communication skills

Candidate Requirements

  • Freshers and enthusiastic learners are welcome
  • Male candidates with a two-wheeler and a valid driving license are preferred
  • Willingness to travel locally as per service requirements

Training & Onboarding

  • Comprehensive training provided months based on skill level)
  • Stipend/salary will be paid during the training period

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM
