And to scale it, we're looking for a strategic, data-driven Sr.Digital Marketing Executive / Asst Manager - Digital Marketing who can architect powerful funnels, generate high-quality leads, and accelerate our digital growth across building materials, real estate, and home solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

· Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and email.

· Build high-converting digital funnels for products, properties, and retail services — from awareness to closure.

· Manage SEO/SEM strategy to rank for competitive, intent-driven keywords.

· Conceptualize engaging content for websites, landing pages, listings, and social media.

· Continuously analyze campaign performance (CPL, CAC, ROAS, lead quality) and refine strategies.

· Collaborate with sales teams to ensure lead quality, timely follow-ups, and alignment with field activities.

· Conduct market & competitor analysis to uncover new digital opportunities.

· Oversee website UX, landing page optimization, and acquisition journeys.

· Lead the digital marketing team — upskilling, mentoring, and motivating.

· Manage digital budgets with efficiency and commercial judgement.

· Experience managing marketing budgets and multi-channel campaigns.

· Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools.

· Knowledge of basic web technologies (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
