  • Finding the resources pertaining to the demand

  • Building the database of resources on the focused technology

  • Planning and conducting recruitments in the campus and coordinating the end-to-end process

  • Scheduling interviews and coordination between the client and the candidates

  • Negotiating salary with the resources

  • Negotiating payments with the customers

  • Business relationship management with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements

  • On-boarding resources

  • Maintaining the relation with the resources and mentoring and resolving any relationship issues between resources and clients

  • Continuous innovation and building brand reputation

  • Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and reporting to the management on a regular basis

  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices and participating in professional societies

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related targets/results

  • Demonstrating and presenting products

  • Supporting in cross business areas by involving and counselling in our IT Training Academy

  • Negotiating contracts and packages

  • Market focus will be both domestic and International

  • Staffing focus will be both full time and Contract resources

  • Major focus will be on IT resourcing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
