Job Responsibilities
  1. Interact with customers on handset related issues
  2. Troubleshoot handset defects
  3. Handle handset related queries
  4. Record job entry in Customer Relationship Management portal
  5. Upgrade software of handsets
  6. Assemble / dismantle smartphones (unibody/duobody)
  7. Repair handsets by changing screen, speaker, mic, camera etc
  8. Repair handsets by PCB swap, charging connector replacement etc
  9. Deposit of cash collected through service
  10. Verify handsets for exchange
Education Requirement
  • Mandatory: 10 2/ITI/Diploma
  • Preferred: Certification in Device Care
Experience Requirement

0 - 4 years
