Experienced Duck Creek Delivery Lead to oversee and manage large-scale Duck Creek transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance technology delivery, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully implementing Duck Creek solutions.

Role & responsibilities :

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Duck Creek transformation programs, ensuring on-time and within-budget execution.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Drive solution design, architecture reviews, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage cross-functional teams, including onshore and offshore resources, to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with governance and quality standards.
  • Provide thought leadership and best practices for Duck Creek implementations and upgrades.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong communication and stakeholder management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 15+ years in IT delivery, with at least 5+ years in leading Duck Creek transformation programs.
  • Technical Expertise: Prior hands-on experience with Duck Creek technologies (Policy, Billing) is highly preferable.
  • Strong understanding of P&C insurance domain and related business processes.
  • Proven ability to manage large, complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Strong vendor and stakeholder management experience.
  • PMI or similar certifications are a plus.
