Job Title: Car Sales Expert / Sales Consultant

Job Summary:

A Car Sales Expert is responsible for guiding customers through the car-buying process by understanding their needs, recommending suitable vehicles, arranging test drives, and supporting them with financing options. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and product knowledge skills to ensure a smooth and customer-friendly purchase experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate vehicle models.
• Provide detailed product knowledge, including features, specifications, and benefits.
• Coordinate and conduct test drives for customers.
• Assist customers with pricing, financing options, and documentation.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to dealership growth.
• Maintain updated knowledge of market trends and competitor models.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in car sales.
• Maruti dealership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good product knowledge and customer-handling ability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
