We are seeking a IT Procurement Channels & Partnerships Manager to expand our presence across Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and IT Procurement Advisory/MSP firms. This role will drive vendor registrations, manage compliance, and build strategic partnerships that position us for inclusion in procurement programs, RFP opportunities, and MSP vendor ecosystems.

In addition, the role will contribute to our presence on IT Research & Analyst Firms (such as TEC, Gartner, Forrester) and Independent Review Firms (like Raven Intel, Clutch, GoodFirms) to enhance brand visibility, strengthen analyst coverage, and ensure positive client references in the market.

This position is critical to pipeline generation, analyst recognition, and partner ecosystem development within procurement-led sourcing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Vendor Management Systems (VMS)

  2. Register and maintain presence across leading VMS portals (Coupa, Ariba, Beeline, Magnit, Fieldglass, etc.).

  3. Ensure compliance submissions (insurance, certifications, diversity, tax, references) are accurate and up to date.
  4. Monitor, track, and respond to RFP/RFQ opportunities.
  5. Maintain internal playbook of VMS requirements by geography and vertical.

  6. IT Procurement Advisory & MSP Firms

  7. Build and manage relationships with MSPs/advisory firms (e.g., Allegis, Pontoon, Guidant, TAPFIN, KellyOCG).

  8. Position the company as a vetted IT services partner within MSP programs.
  9. Track vendor inclusion cycles and proactively drive participation.
  10. Provide case studies, capability decks, and references tailored to MSP requirements.
  11. Report on opportunities and pipeline influenced by MSP/advisory engagement.

  12. IT Research & Analyst Firms (Secondary Focus)

  13. Support analyst engagement through briefings and capability presentations.

  14. Submit client references and case studies for evaluations.
  15. Track analyst mentions and ensure visibility in relevant IT services reports.

  16. Independent Review Firms (Secondary Focus)

  17. Maintain company presence on review platforms (Raven Intel, Clutch, GoodFirms, Gartner Peer Insights).

  18. Drive verified client reviews and ratings to strengthen reputation.
  19. Monitor competitor ratings for benchmarking insights.

  20. Cross-Channel Activities

  21. Work with Sales & Delivery to align bids with VMS/MSP requirements.

  22. Maintain KPI dashboards covering registrations, opportunities, reviews, and analyst mentions.
  23. Build repeatable processes and playbooks for scaling procurement channel engagement.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years experience in vendor management, procurement partnerships, or IT services sourcing.
  • Hands-on expertise with VMS platforms (Coupa, Ariba, Beeline, Magnit, Fieldglass).
  • Familiarity with MSP/advisory ecosystems (Allegis, Pontoon, Guidant, KellyOCG, TAPFIN).
  • Exposure to IT analyst/research firms (Gartner, TEC, Forrester) and review platforms (Clutch, Raven Intel).
  • Strong skills in compliance management, procurement documentation, and partner engagement.
  • Ability to report channel impact and deliverables clearly to senior management.
