Role & responsibilities

  • Manage back office operations, ensuring efficient data entry and maintenance.
  • Provide excellent communication skills to clients through phone calls, emails, or chats.
  • Perform daily administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM software

Keyskills : Computer, Typing Speed, Data Entry Operator, MS Office, MS Excel, MS Word, Backend Executive

Required Candidate profile

Strong MS Excel and documentation skills, good communication and coordination ability, basic technical knowledge, attention to detail, email drafting, and proficiency in computer operations.

A Back Office Executive is responsible for supporting and ensuring smooth operations. Their duties include:

  • 1.Data Entry: Recording and updating information into the database accurately and efficiently.
  • 2.Processing Transactions: Handling and processing routine transactions such as invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • 3.Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and organized records of transactions and other relevant data.
  • 4.Customer Support: Answering customer inquiries, resolving problems, and providing information as needed.
  • 5.Documentation: Preparing reports, maintaining records, and organizing files.
  • 6.Compliance: Ensuring all activities comply with company policies and regulations.
  • 7.Team Support: Assisting team members and contributing to team goals.
  • 8.Reporting: Generating reports and presenting findings to management.The ideal candidate for this role should have attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
