Role & responsibilities
Strategy Development:
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to the CDIT retail market.
Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer needs, and competitive landscape.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing
campaigns and initiatives.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Provide strategic direction and support to team members, ensuring alignment with overall business
objectives.
Brand Management:
Oversee brand strategy and ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
Develop and manage marketing materials, including product catalogs, brochures, and in-store
displays.
Digital Marketing:
Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and e-
commerce strategies.
Utilize analytics tools to measure and optimize digital marketing performance, enhancing customer
engagement and conversion rates.
Retail Marketing:
Develop and execute in-store marketing initiatives, promotions, and events to drive foot traffic and
sales.
Collaborate with the merchandising team to optimize product placement and promotional displays.
Content Marketing

Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content for various platforms, including website, social
media, and email newsletters.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to produce compelling content that highlights product
features and benefits.
Customer Experience:
Enhance the customer experience through targeted marketing efforts and personalized
communication.
Implement customer feedback mechanisms to continuously improve marketing strategies and
customer satisfaction.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum
ROI.
Monitor marketing expenditures and provide regular financial reports to senior management.
Partnerships and Collaboration:
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and marketing partners.
Collaborate with sales, product development, and operations teams to ensure marketing initiatives
support overall business goals.
Event Planning:
Plan and execute events, such as product launches, trade shows, and promotional activities.
Ensure events are effectively marketed and provide a positive impact on brand awareness and sales.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree
preferred.
Proven experience 5 years in a senior marketing role within the retail industry, preferably in CDIT.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
