We are looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team focused on building scalable, secure, and intelligent enterprise software. The ideal candidate is a strong technologist who enjoys coding, mentoring, and driving high-quality software delivery in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and mentor a team of software engineers across backend, frontend, and integration areas.
  2. Drive architectural design, technical reviews, and ensure scalability and reliability.
  3. Collaborate with Product, Design, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality releases on time.
  4. Establish best practices in agile development, testing automation, and CI/CD pipelines.
  5. Build reusable frameworks for low-code app development and AI-driven workflows.
  6. Hire, coach, and develop engineers to strengthen technical capabilities and team culture.

Ideal Candidate:

  1. B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science from a Tier-1 Engineering College.
  2. 4+ years of professional experience as a software engineer, with at least 1 year mentoring or managing engineers.
  3. Strong expertise in backend development (Java / / Go / Python) and familiarity with frontend frameworks (React / Angular / Vue).
  4. Solid understanding of microservices, APIs, and cloud architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  5. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
  6. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
