Roles and Responsibilities
· Own client relationships — build, grow, and maintain long-term partnerships with Direct and MSP clients across the US healthcare sector.
· Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless start and lasting satisfaction.
· Pitch, present, and close deals — prepare compelling proposals and negotiate agreements that deliver value for both clients and the business.
· Identify and seize opportunities to expand our presence across provider networks and healthcare systems.
· Drive new business initiatives for contract, PRN, and full-time staffing solutions.
· Collaborate closely with internal delivery teams to ensure clients receive exceptional, timely service.
· Act as a trusted advisor, offering tailored staffing strategies and solutions that meet unique client needs.
· Exceed sales goals by consistently meeting revenue targets and contributing to the company's growth trajectory.
· Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring industry trends, competitor moves, and market shifts to suggest strategic decisions.
· Track, forecast, and report on key sales metrics and pipeline progress to leadership.
Required Qualifications
· 5+ years of experience in business development, account management, or client services within US healthcare staffing.
· 3+ years of provider sales experience, ideally within MSP or VMS environments.
· A strong network of contacts across Direct clients, MSPs, and VMS platforms.
· A proven track record of winning, onboarding, and growing new client accounts.
· Experience in both contract and full-time staffing models.
· Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
· A self-starter mentality — you thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments and are motivated by success.
· A passion for healthcare staffing and making a measurable impact through your work.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in PRN, Locum Tenens, or International Nurse Recruitment for the US healthcare market.
