About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to lead website operations, marketing automation platforms, and multi-channel digital campaigns. This role involves close coordination with internal stakeholders and external agencies to drive digital performance across all touchpoints.


Key Responsibilities


Website Management

Manage UI/UX updates and content publishing using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

Track & optimise performance via Google Analytics / GA4

Collaborate with IT/backend teams for website maintenance and technical fixes


Marketing Automation (Netcore)

Plan & execute broadcast campaigns and retargeting journeys

Liaise with Netcore Operations Team & Digital Content Agency for execution


Social Media & Paid Campaigns

Coordinate paid social media campaigns with agency partners

Manage new social media account openings and daily execution


Channel & Chatbot Management

Coordinate Google My Business listings with external partners

Drive automation journeys and backend integrations for chatbot platforms


Campaign Planning & Coordination

Lead monthly campaign plans with cross-functional teams

Ensure alignment and timely execution across all digital touchpoints


Requirements

6–9 years of digital marketing experience

Strong exposure to AEM / CMS platforms, Google Analytics & marketing automation tools

Experience working with multiple agencies and cross-functional teams

Strong project management and communication skills
