Whizz HR is hiring a
Digital Marketing Executive
. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing high-value client accounts, leading digital strategy, and delivering measurable marketing performance. You will be responsible for end-to-end client relationship management, ensuring client satisfaction, and scaling their digital presence through innovative marketing solutions. Your leadership will drive digital excellence, team performance, and client growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic direction, planning, and execution of digital marketing campaigns across key client accounts
  • Act as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients; build strong, lasting relationships by understanding their business goals and delivering marketing strategies aligned with them
  • Oversee campaign planning, budgeting, timelines, and performance metrics to ensure client success and retention
  • Drive cross-functional coordination between internal creative, performance, SEO, content, and media buying teams to deliver results
  • Deliver compelling presentations and strategic recommendations to clients, showcasing campaign effectiveness and ROI
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts; upsell digital services to grow revenue
  • Translate business objectives into actionable digital strategies (paid media, SEO, social media, content marketing, email, etc.)
  • Track and analyze KPIs, generating reports and insights to optimize ongoing campaigns
  • Collaborate with leadership on business development efforts including pitch preparation, RFP responses, and proposal development
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, platforms, and best practices in the digital marketing space

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in an account management or client-facing leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, SEO, email marketing, and programmatic
  • Proven experience in creating and managing integrated marketing strategies and multi-channel campaigns
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills
  • Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, SEMrush, or similar
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage campaign budgets and P&L
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
