Job Title: Bullion Trader

Location: Mumbai , Nariman Point

Experience Required:
1–3 years (preferably in commodity or bullion trading)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Bullion Trader with a strong understanding of bullion market dynamics and established relationships within the trading ecosystem. The ideal candidate will manage trading operations, build and maintain market networks, and contribute to profitable trading strategies while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Market & Relationship Management

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients, brokers, dealers, refiners, and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth trading operations.
  • Leverage existing market contacts and develop new ones to support trading opportunities and business growth.

Trading & Strategy

  • Execute bullion trades efficiently while monitoring market conditions, price movements, and global trends.
  • Develop, implement, and refine trading strategies to optimize returns and manage risk exposure.
  • Monitor market volatility and adjust positions accordingly to align with business objectives.

Inventory & Logistics Management

  • Manage bullion inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries, settlements, and proper documentation.
  • Oversee logistics related to bullion procurement, storage, and movement in compliance with company policies.

Technology & Innovation

  • Stay updated on technological advancements, trading platforms, and market analysis tools relevant to bullion trading.
  • Incorporate new technologies to improve trading efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making.

Compliance & Regulatory Adherence

  • Ensure adherence to regulatory norms governing bullion and commodity trading.
  • Comply with anti-money laundering (AML) guidelines and internal risk management policies.
  • Maintain accurate records and support audit or compliance reviews as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in commodity or bullion trading.
  • Strong understanding of bullion market functioning, pricing, and global market influences.
  • Established market contacts with traders, brokers, or bullion stakeholders (preferred).
  • Proficiency in trading platforms, financial software, and market data analysis tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Understanding of regulatory norms, including compliance and AML guidelines.
