What will I be doing at Ather?

  • Driving Charging Infrastructure expansion and reliable operation by ensuring quick turn around time for charger audit, installation and maintenance
  • Vendor Development and Management - Ensuring vendor readiness in existing & new markets as per expansion plan, monthly billing certification of vendors and facilitating periodic training to vendors
  • Drive KPIs and generate reports related to deployment and maintenance of CI systems, vendor efficiency, field challenges, track uptime challenges, safety and upkeep
  • Ensuring Safety & Quality executions as per SOP and undertaking Quality inspections of installed locations and safety audits of technician visits
  • Ensuring uptime of the chargers by driving improvements
  • Keeping track of inventory (Finished Goods, Decommissioned systems and spare parts) stored at vendor and charger locations. Drive quick movement of failed components to warehouse for refurbishment
  • Coordinating with the Logistics team for shipment of chargers & spares
  • Undertaking periodic vendor warehouse stock audits
  • Actively engaging in development & enhancement of digital tools for managing operational workflows
  • Managing and developing Zonal associate team member
  • Role requires extensive cross-functional collaboration with business development team, HO operations & network control team.
  • Managing stakeholders with effective communication is very core to the role
