Job Description:
We are hiring a MIS Executive in Gandhinagar.
Position: MIS Executive

Location: Sargasan, Gandhinagar
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com
Experience: 1 to 3 years
Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month
Preferred Gender: Male

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Management and Reporting:

    • Collect, organize, and maintain accurate records of data from multiple sources.
    • Generate and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
    • Analyze data trends to provide actionable insights to management.

  2. Excel-Based Data Analysis:

    • Use advanced Excel functions like HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Conditional Formatting to process data efficiently.
    • Create and manage dashboards to visually represent key metrics.

  3. Database Maintenance:

    • Update and manage the master database, ensuring data integrity and security.
    • Assist in automating repetitive tasks using Excel macros or other tools.

  4. Performance Tracking:

    • Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments.
    • Identify discrepancies in data and suggest corrective actions.

  5. Coordination and Communication:

    • Collaborate with various departments to gather accurate data and reports.
    • Ensure timely submission of reports to stakeholders.

  6. Process Optimization:

    • Identify gaps in data management processes and recommend improvements.
    • Support the development of tools to streamline reporting systems.
