Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Civil Engineer / Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction activities at our project site in Lonavala. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, site execution experience, and the ability to manage contractors and ensure quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor all on-site construction activities.
  • Execute work as per drawings, technical specifications, and project plans.
  • Ensure quality control and maintain safety standards at the site.
  • Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and material suppliers.
  • Check measurements, prepare daily work reports, and maintain site documentation.
  • Monitor materials, check deliveries, and maintain inventory records.
  • Resolve site issues and ensure timely completion of work.
  • Assist in preparing BOQ, estimates, and work schedules.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with design standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
  • 0-1 years of site execution experience (residential/commercial preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and structural drawings.
  • Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
