We Are SO/SM (UnSecured LAP) In Ahmedabad.

SO/SM (UnSecured LAP)

Department:

Credit & Risk / Collections & Recover

(Only Male Can Apply)

Reporting To:

Regional Security Head / National Collections Head

 
Key Responsibilities:

  2. Conduct field visits for recovery and resolution of delinquent unsecured LAP accounts.

  3. Identify, trace, and recover from skip customers in coordination with collections and legal teams.

  4. Liaise with local authorities and law enforcement to support recovery and legal enforcement actions.

  5. Assist in execution of legal notices, warrants, and other enforcement actions through the legal team.

  6. Monitor high-risk accounts and provide risk intelligence reports to internal stakeholders.

  7. Manage vendor agencies involved in recovery, repossession, and field verifications.

  8. Ensure all actions comply with internal guidelines, RBI norms, and applicable legal frameworks.

  9. Support fraud investigations and report any suspicious activities to compliance.

  10. Maintain accurate documentation of field actions and submit regular MIS to management.

  11. Provide feedback to improve processes and reduce delinquency rates in the unsecured LAP portfolio.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Criminology, Law, or Security Management).

  • 5–10 years of experience in collections, recovery, or security roles, preferably in NBFCs/Banks.

  • Strong understanding of unsecured lending, legal processes, and enforcement mechanisms.

  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to deal with difficult situations on the ground.

  • Willingness to travel extensively across locations.
