Job Description:

We have an urgent opening for the position of Manager Marketing & Sales for a Reputed Manufacturing Company for Ambernath Location.

Principal, Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Marketing of Surfactant & Specialty Chemicals in home & personal care industries.
  • To define the market, understand the customer requirement, and provide solutions.
  • Create a new customer base along with maintaining the current market.
  • He has to be proactive and can be developed into future roles.
  • He will be coordinate with marketing/ supply chain/production /finance.
  • Strategic development.
  • Create awareness of and develop a marketing strategy
  • Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing, and campaigns support the marketing manager in delivering agreed activities
  • Organize and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions, and exhibitions source and secure sponsorship
  • Arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials
  • Maintain and update customer databases
  • Conduct market research, for example, using customer questionnaires and focus groups
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy (often as part of a wider sales and marketing program)
  • Track marketing performance and return on investment and prepare weekly or monthly reports for management to monitor and report on competitor activity
  • Lead external agencies, when appropriate, to effectively manage events, press relationships, editorial requests, presentations, promotional materials, and online activities oversee and manage the marketing budget.

Educational Qualifications Required: Chemical Engineer / BSC/MSC / Pharmacy or Any Graduate + MBA (Marketing)

Reporting to: Marketing Head

Experience Required: 10 to 20 Years

Weekly Off: In rotation

Transport Facility: From Ambernath Station to Factory
