Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Store Manager to lead our jewellery retail operations. The ideal candidate will oversee daily activities, manage the team, and ensure excellent customer service and consistent sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise daily store operations effectively.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Maintain stock levels, handle inventory management, and ensure attractive visual displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and promptly resolve any client issues.
  • Analyze sales data and prepare regular performance reports using Excel.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and brand guidelines.
  • Foster a positive and performance-driven work environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in jewellery retail management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting.
  • Customer-centric mindset and attention to detail.
