Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and motivated EdTech Sales Executives (Freshers) to join our dynamic sales team. This role is perfect for candidates passionate about education, technology, and customer engagement. You will play an important role in connecting students, institutions, and professionals to AcceleratorX learning programs.

Freshers will receive structured onboarding, product training, and mentorship to build a strong foundation in EdTech sales, lead generation, customer communication, and conversion strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Reach out to students, parents, and professionals through calls, emails, and social platforms to create interest in AcceleratorX courses.
  • Understanding Customer Needs: Identify learners' goals and recommend suitable courses or programs.
  • Sales Pitching & Conversion: Explain course features, handle objections, and convert prospects into enrolled learners.
  • Follow-Up & Relationship Management: Maintain timely follow-up with leads and build strong customer relationships for referrals.
  • CRM & Reporting: Update lead information in CRM tools and share daily/weekly reports with the sales team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Any graduate (Business, Marketing, Commerce, or Education background preferred).
  • Freshers Encouraged: No prior sales experience required; training will be provided.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sales Mindset: Interest in customer interaction, convincing skills, and goal orientation.
  • Basic Tech Skills: Comfortable working with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and digital communication platforms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per year
