Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and goal-oriented Course Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our share market training programs to prospective customers. This is a target-based sales role, ideal for someone who thrives on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell share market courses to potential clients through calls, meetings, and digital platforms.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate courses.
  • Follow up on leads provided by the company and also generate self-leads through networking, cold calling, or social media.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and sales pipeline in CRM.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and events to generate leads.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales (preferably in education, training, or financial services).
  • Strong interest or basic understanding of the stock market / share market concepts.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Target-driven attitude with a passion for achieving sales goals.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and resilient.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
