ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Expertise with various Pharma datasets such as Sales, Rx, Claims, Specialty Pharmacy etc.Consulting with US pharma clients to plan, design and execute consulting projects.Understand business problems and requirements to recommend solutions.Designing dashboards with the use of visualization tools like Power BI, Qlik, or TableauStrong knowledge of Data Management conceptsOptimize BI Solutions for performance and intuitiveness.Own accounts independently and ensure delivery excellence and qualityManaging team of offshore Analysts for delivery operationsManage project deadlines and deliverables with minimal supervision.Develop solutions based on BI platforms such as custom extensions, and NLG/NLP -based solutions.Analyzing the data to identify trends and share insights.Providing support to pre -sales and marketing initiatives within DatazymesParticipate in client discussions, demos, and Proof of Concepts development.Mentor team on data, technology, and business aspects to ensure seamless delivery. SKILLS: Must Have SkillsGood to Have Skills·       Deep experience in the Pharma Commercial Analytics domain ·       Understanding of Commercial, Sales and Marketing operations within US Life Sciences ·       Strong knowledge of data management, relational & dimensional data modeling concepts ·       Proven experience as a BI Developer ·       Ability to articulate customer requirements and translate them into BI - applications. ·       Data Blending and Dashboard Optimization Experience ·       Team management and project management experience ·       Advanced Analytics ·       Experience working with Ex -US markets.    Communicating with Influence Analysis & Problem solving Professional Expertise Development   Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to take people along Capitalizes on opportunities to pursue value. Brings issues out in open so that all concern can address and find solution.  Has an open and learning mindset.Adapts to new learning approaches and methods RequirementsJOB LOCATION: BangaloreQUALIFICATION REQUIRED: B.
