Rishabh Insurance Brokers Private Limited is a direct insurance broking firm licensed by the Insurance Regulatory Department of India. RIBPL is one of India's growing general insurance broking firms and deals in all types of the general insurance industry.

Position: Field Sales Executive

Department: FieldSales & Marketing (On-Ground / Outdoor Leads Collection)

Locations: Netaji Shubhash Palace, New Delhi (Only)

Working Hours- 10-6 pm

Key Responsibilities:

* Visit corporates, SMEs, business owners, and residential societies to generate qualified leads for insurance products.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to increase conversions.

* Meet monthly targets for lead generation and policy closures with full field involvement.

* Regular reporting of visits, leads collected, and business progress to the Sales Manager.

* Represent the company professionally during client visits and events.

Requirements:

* 1–5 years of experience in Sales / Field Marketing / BFSI / Insurance preferred (Freshers with strong confidence in field sales may also apply).

* Must be comfortable in outdoor lead generation activities.

* Strong communication, convincing skills, and customer handling abilities.

* Minimum qualification: Graduate (Higher secondary may be considered for high-performing sales profiles).
