Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and detail-oriented Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our HR team. The role involves working closely with business leaders to understand workforce needs, drive strategic HR initiatives, and ensure smooth execution of core HR processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing employee life cycle activities, strengthening employee engagement, supporting organizational development, and guiding managers on HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Partnership:
● Serve as a trusted HR advisor and thought partner to business leaders, aligning HR
practices with organizational goals and functional priorities.
● Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive business outcomes
through people initiatives.
● Enable and lead change management strategies during key organizational
transitions, restructuring, or transformation projects.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:
● Support hiring needs by coordinating with TA teams and managers for role
closures.
● Participate in manpower planning and internal movements.
Performance Management:
● Lead the full Performance Review (PR) cycle – goal setting, mid-year reviews, and
annual appraisals.
● Support managers with performance discussions and improvement plans.
Employee Engagement & Culture Building:
● Plan and execute team-building activities, floor engagement, employee events, and
R&R programs.
● Run feedback sessions and pulse checks to improve the employee experience.
Policy Governance, Compliance & Risk Mitigation:
● Design, implement, and communicate HR policies that are compliant with local
labor laws, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

Conduct regular compliance audits, risk assessments, and statutory checks to
ensure adherence to employment laws (e.g., POSH, Shops & Establishments Act,
PF/ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
● Work closely with legal and finance teams to mitigate HR-related risks and maintain
audit readiness.
Employee Lifecycle Management:
● Manage onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exit processes.
● Ensure a seamless employee journey and smooth HR touchpoints across lifecycle
stages.
HR Analytics & Decision Support:
● Maintain and share MIS reports on attrition, hiring status, employee movements,
and PR outcomes
● Use data to support business decisions and track people metrics.
Digital HR & Process Optimization:
● Champion digitization and continuous improvement of HRBP processes including
onboarding, exit management, and talent lifecycle workflows.
● Drive system adoption (HRMS/ATS/LMS) and ensure seamless integration of HR
technologies into everyday processes.
Skills & Requirements:
● Master's degree in Human Resources, from a related recognized institution.
● 6–8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3+ years in a
leadership or managerial capacity, overseeing cross-functional HR teams.
● Strong understanding of Indian labor laws, HR compliance requirements, and statutory frameworks.
● Proven experience in scaling HR operations, implementing structured HR systems, and managing teams in high-growth or dynamic environments.
● Hands-on experience with digital HR platforms, HRMS tools, and automation of HR processes.
● Demonstrated ability to design and execute people strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
● Expertise in performance management, employee engagement, learning & development, and succession planning.
● Strong leadership presence with excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
● Proficient in using HR analytics and dashboards for data-driven decision-making.
