Position Overview:

Quazar Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a reliable and proactive Field Executive to manage both front desk operations and external field responsibilities. The candidate will handle visitor management, documentation, and administrative tasks, along with material purchasing, vendor visits, and banking work.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Front Desk & Office Management

Greet visitors, handle reception duties, and manage incoming/outgoing calls.

Maintain visitor logs and ensure smooth office communication.

Organize office documents, files, and general administrative work.

Coordinate with internal teams for daily office requirements.

Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the front office area.

  1. Material Purchasing & Field Operations

Visit suppliers/vendors to purchase required construction materials.

Ensure timely material delivery to project sites or office.

Maintain records of purchases, bills, and collect GST invoices when required.

Compare vendor prices and negotiate for best rates.

Coordinate with site supervisors and storekeepers to fulfill material requirements.

  1. Banking & External Work

Handle bank-related tasks such as deposits, withdrawals, cheque submissions, and KYC updates.

Visit government offices or consultants for document submissions.

Manage courier services, bill payments, and miscellaneous outdoor administrative activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate.

1–3 years of experience in fieldwork or office administration (preferred).

Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.

Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred).

Basic knowledge of MS Office, documentation, and data entry.

Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.

Additional Requirements:

Familiarity with Chhatarpur and nearby Delhi areas is an advantage.

Ability to manage both office and field duties effectively.

Willingness to travel to construction sites, suppliers, banks, and other external locations.

Salary:

As per industry standards + travel allowance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
