Mobile Sales Representative

Position Summary
The Mobile Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling mobile phones, accessories, and related services. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining strong product knowledge to guide customers in choosing the right mobile solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service
- Greet customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable mobile devices and plans.
- Demonstrate product features, specifications, and compatibility.
- Assist customers with comparisons, upgrades, and service inquiries.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Product Knowledge
- Stay updated on the latest mobile devices, brands, features, and technology trends.
- Understand different mobile plans, data packages, warranties, and promotions.
- Provide accurate information to help customers make informed decisions.
Store Operations
- Handle sales transactions using POS systems.
- Process exchanges, returns, upgrades, and activations.
- Ensure proper display of mobile phones, accessories, and promotional materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure sales floor.
Sales Targets & Reporting
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Track product performance, customer preferences, and market trends.
- Submit sales reports and participate in team meetings.
Customer Support & Troubleshooting
- Assist customers with basic mobile setup, SIM activation, and device troubleshooting.
- Guide customers on device care, software updates, and warranty services.
- Coordinate with technical support teams when necessary.
Qualifications & SkillsEducation & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in mobile sales, retail, or customer service preferred.
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of smartphones, mobile technology, and telecom services.
- Sales-driven mindset with strong negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
