Position in this function possesses capability to work on full business and/or technology stack. Develops or contributes meaningfully to shared components across products. These components or patterns could be adopted by other teams or products to solve similar problems. Focuses on the biggest problems repeated across the org and constructs solutions to meet the complex needs of many clients. Provide guidance, assistance and consultation to others (i.e., SME, mentor), Serves as an escalation point for complex issues, problems and solution.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Initiates opportunities and influences stakeholders with ideas that drive business value
• Influences stakeholders to assess and manage the impacts of changes and drive decision making
• Recommends innovation in digital and channel strategies; Engages appropriate parties to influence change\
• Designs solutions for every channel
• Leads quality improvement processes
• Drives a quality culture by example, encouraging quality practices in others
• Initiates and implements strategies to embed quality practices in culture
• Develops a robust understanding of business, market, and customer needs and can leverage that knowledge to propose and drive new or improved solutions to business partners
• Drives the application of modern software engineering practices to improve team delivery and solution outcomes
• Champions the implementation of instrumentation and diagnostics to support maintainability and operations
• Applies broad knowledge of domain to optimize choices in architecture and design
• Leads team in identifying and implementing modern components, tools and technologies
• Establishes partnerships across business and technology stakeholders to ensure the right problems are being solved the right way to meet customer needs
• Principal Software Engineer or Director identifies initiatives that result in customer metric improvement and drives adoption across portfoli
• Champions "automation first" mentality throughout engineering and operations practices
• Leads the implementation of software solutions
• Drives code reuse and contribution strategy for span of control; minimizes redundant develop
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Training and experience in AI methodologies including idea generation, data preparation, model and algorithm selection
• 5+ years of experience in Cloud technologies including Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, Google Cloud
• Experience in API development and Enterprise Systems dealing with data management, identity management
• Experience with integrating with internal and external systems and managing complex integration projects
• Experience with Data and Application Security, especially identification and management of Security Vulnerabilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience with Java based system and managing applications including React and Angular
• 10+ years of experience in managing global teams located in various countries
• US Healthcare Experience
