Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance custom software applications used across school operations.

  • Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

  • Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization of existing software modules.

  • Manage database systems, ensure data integrity, and build automation tools to streamline workflows.

  • Integrate third-party platforms (ERP, LMS, HRMS, payment gateways, etc.) with school systems.

  • Ensure strong data security practices and maintain backup and recovery protocols.

  • Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials.

  • Support IT infrastructure teams when required for system upgrades and deployments.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in at least two programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, PHP, C#, JavaScript).

  • Experience with web development frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Django, .NET, , React/Angular).

  • Strong understanding of database technologies (MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).

  • Familiarity with API development and integration (REST, JSON).

  • Knowledge of cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP) is an added advantage.

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in software development or IT engineering roles.

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
