Role: Growth Consultant

Objective:

Be the primary advocate for Shipsy's customers, ensuring
maximum value realization
, strong adoption, customer satisfaction, and contributing to
revenue growth and retention
.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Relationship Management

  2. Build and nurture long-term client partnerships

  3. Onboarding & Adoption

  4. Ensure smooth onboarding, accelerate time-to-value, and drive adoption

  5. Account Reviews & Growth

  6. Conduct business reviews, track KPIs, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities

  7. Customer Advocacy

  8. Represent customer feedback internally to product and engineering teams

  9. Problem Resolution

  10. Proactively address challenges in partnership with support/product teams

  11. Training & Enablement

  12. Deliver workshops, training sessions, and resources for clients

  13. Data-Driven Insights

  14. Analyze usage data to track engagement, identify risks, and recommend strategies

  15. Renewals & Retention

  16. Partner with account management to secure renewals and expansion revenue

  17. Growth Consulting & Strategy

  18. Advise clients on strategic initiatives to maximize business outcomes

Candidate Profile:

Experience:
3–5 years in Growth, Account Management, Consulting, SaaS, supply chain/logistics tech, or Expansion Sales

Knowledge:
Strong understanding of supply chain operations and customer lifecycle management

Skills:
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving; ability to work cross-functionally

Education:
Bachelor's in Business, Technology, or related field (Master's preferred)
