Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Bengaluru North. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top-tier talent for the organization. The role involves building strong employer branding strategies, maintaining positive candidate experiences, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Collaboration with hiring managers and key stakeholders to develop effective recruitment plans will be a critical part of the daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring
  • Strong skills in Interviewing and Recruiting processes
  • Experience with Employer Branding strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Ability to work effectively with teams and hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with business needs
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field
  • Knowledge of the talent market in India, especially the Bengaluru region, is an advantage
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
