  • Develop user interface components using concepts and workflows.
  • Build efficient and reusable front-end systems and abstractions.
  • Implement and maintain state management with Redux.
  • Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Establish and implement best practices and standards for front-end development.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
  • Integrate front-end with back-end services and APIs.
  • Identify and resolve performance and maintenance issues.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in front-end development.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.
  • Work in an agile environment and contribute to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Proactively identify and address technical debt.
  • Collaborate with designers to implement clean and elegant user experiences.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a ReactJS Developer or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
  • Experience with popular workflows (such as Redux).
  • Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript.
  • Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
  • Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., ).
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, modern front-end build pipelines, and tools.
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
  • Experience in agile methodologies and software development practices.
  • Solid understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3.
  • Experience with server-side and full-stack development using is a plus.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
