Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a B2B Industrial Sales professional specializing in Agro Chemicals, based in Gurgaon. The incumbent will manage and build client relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the agrochemical industry. Key responsibilities include driving sales growth, actively engaging with customers to understand their needs, providing relevant solutions, and overseeing the end-to-end sales lifecycle. The role involves presenting product offerings, negotiating contracts, and maintaining after-sales customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Industrial Sales, Sales, and Sales Management
- Proficiency in Business Development and identifying actionable opportunities
- Experience in Customer Service and building long-term client relationships
- Ability to communicate effectively and negotiate contracts
- Knowledge or experience in the agrochemical industry is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Chemistry, or a related field
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and metrics
- Flexibility to work in an on-site environment in Gurgaon
