The Estate Manager will be responsible for the overall management, upkeep, and smooth functioning of the Owner's villa, farmhouse, and related properties. This role requires a disciplined, trustworthy, and highly organized individual who can supervise household staff, oversee security, coordinate maintenance activities, handle contractors, and ensure all properties are well-maintained and efficiently operated.

Property & Facilities Management

  • Oversee daily operations of the villa, farmhouse, and office premises.
  • Ensure all facilities, utilities, and equipment are in excellent working condition.
  • Maintain maintenance logs and plan preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Coordinate renovation, repair, and refurbishment work with contractors.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify issues and implement corrective solutions.

Staff Supervision & Administration

  • Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff, drivers, security personnel, gardeners, and house servants.
  • Maintain staff schedules, discipline, grooming standards, and work quality.
  • Conduct training for staff on hygiene, safety, and service excellence.
  • Manage attendance, duty rosters, and staff performance.

Security & Protocol Management

  • Ensure round-the-clock security and safety of all properties and residents.
  • Monitor entry/exit points, visitor management systems, and surveillance equipment.
  • Implement emergency procedures and safety protocols.
  • Liaise closely with external security agencies when needed.

Owner Assistance & Coordination

  • Work closely with the Owner or Promoters on daily requirements and special projects.
  • Coordinate travel, transportation, and logistics arrangements as required.
  • Ensure privacy, confidentiality, and a high level of service at all times.

Vendor & Contractor Handling

  • Engage, negotiate, and manage third-party vendors and contractors.
  • Monitor quality of work, timelines, and cost control.
  • Maintain proper documentation, bills, and service agreements.

Household Inventory & Supplies

  • Oversee procurement of groceries, cleaning materials, and household supplies.
  • Maintain inventory records and ensure proper stock levels at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Recently retired personnel from
    Army, Navy, or Air Force
    with strong discipline and leadership qualities.
  • Experience in supervising teams and handling operations.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple properties simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and civil maintenance work (preferred).
  • High integrity, reliability, and confidentiality.

Working Conditions

  • Full-time role with flexibility based on Owner's schedule.
  • Occasional travel between villa, farmhouse, and office locations.
