Urgent Hiring for Project Manager - MEP

Responsibilities:
  1. Preparing costing for MEP works for Current & Upcoming projects.
  2. Preparing work orders for the projects and monitoring relevant works to be completed within the timeframe.
  3. Preparing comparisons and conducting technical meetings with the vendors.
  4. BOQ & Drawing arrangement from Architect & consultant.
  5. Processing bills & regular follow-up for vendor payments.
Desired Profile
  • Candidate should have experience of 8 to 10 Years.
  • Qualification should be Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical from a regular institution.
  • Candidate should have experience from a Real Estate background.
  • Interested candidates can share your resume.
  • Candidate should be from MEP Consultant.

Salary Range: 70K to 75K per month
Working Location: Head Office, Noida only
