Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR professional to manage and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and HR policies, programs, and practices. The ideal candidate will play a key role in sourcing talent, employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Onboarding

• Coordinate and execute end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and issuing offer letters)
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
• Organize and manage onboarding and orientation for new hires

Employee Relations & Engagement

• Build and maintain positive employee relations
• Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions
• Organize employee engagement programs, team-building activities, and feedback sessions

HR Operations & Compliance

• Maintain accurate HR databases, attendance, and leave records
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment standards
• Draft and update HR policies and procedures

Performance Management

• Coordinate and manage the performance appraisal cycle
• Support managers in goal setting and employee development planning
• Track performance metrics and provide improvement plans

Training & Development

• Identify training needs and organize learning & development programs
• Track employee growth and upskilling initiatives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹16,000.00 per month
