Job Summary

The Nurse will be responsible for assisting dermatologists, cosmetologists, and technicians in performing advanced aesthetic, cosmetic, and dermatology procedures. This role ensures patient safety, maintains clinical hygiene, supports treatment processes, and delivers excellent client care within the Hiwaga Beauty Clinic standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Support

· Assist doctors during dermatology, laser, and aesthetic procedures.

· Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, consumables, and instruments before each procedure.

· Maintain sterilization protocols for all equipment and follow infection-control guidelines.

· Monitor patient vitals whenever required and ensure patient comfort.

· Manage pre-procedure and post-procedure care instructions for clients.

Patient Care

· Greet patients, verify their appointments, and guide them to treatment rooms.

· Maintain medical records, treatment notes, and consent forms accurately.

· Educate patients about treatment processes, precautions, and after-care.

Operational Tasks

· Ensure daily stock checking of consumables and update inventory requirements.

· Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all clinical areas.

· Assist in emergency protocols and follow safety standards.

Coordination

· Coordinate with Clinic Manager and Dermatologist regarding daily schedules.

· Support front office and technicians when required to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Skills & RequirementsQualifications

· GNM / B.Sc. Nursing (Mandatory)

· Valid Nursing Registration Certificate

Experience

· 0–3 years (Freshers with good attitude and willingness to learn can apply)

· Experience in dermatology, cosmetology, or aesthetic clinics is an added advantage

Skills

· Good communication and patient handling skills

· Basic medical knowledge and understanding of dermatology procedures

· Attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and documentation

· Quick learner and team player

Work Schedule
