Restaurant Manager:Resort

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing day-to-day restaurant operations at the resort, ensuring excellent guest experience, team performance, quality service standards & revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee restaurant staff, service quality & guest satisfaction.
• Handle table reservation, guest complaints, feedback & service recovery.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar & management for smooth operations.
• Manage inventory, ordering, billing, cost control & hygiene standards.
• Train & supervise service team on SOPs and resort standards.
• Ensure high hospitality standards aligned with resort brand image.
• Maintain daily sales reports & meet revenue targets.

Profile Requirements:

• Hotel Management background preferred.
• 3+ years experience in restaurant / resort F&B operations.
• Excellent communication, leadership & customer service skills.
• Knowledge of POS billing systems & F&B service standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹32, ₹35,000.00 per month
