Job Description: Senior Accounts Executive

Company: NJ Renewable Energy Pvt. Ltd.

Location: 4th Floor, Office 10, Techno IT Park, Near Eksar Metro Station, Eksar, Borivali West, Mumbai

Position: Senior Accounts Executive (Preferred- Manufacturing , or Expertise in Cost Analysis)

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Office Timing: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.

Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions.

Preparation and analysis of financial reports, budgets, and statements.

Tax Compliance:

Ensure compliance with all applicable tax regulations.

Preparation and filing of tax returns, including GST, TDS, Trial Balance and income tax.

Audit Coordination:

Coordinate internal and external audits.

Implement recommendations for process improvements.

Accounts Payable and Receivable:

Supervise accounts payable and receivable functions.

Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts.

Bank Reconciliation:

Conduct regular bank reconciliations.

Ensure accuracy in recording and reconciling financial transactions.

Financial Analysis:

Analyze financial performance and provide insights to management.

Identify trends, variances, and recommend corrective actions.

Payroll Processing:

Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely disbursement.

Verify payroll taxes and compliance with relevant regulations.

Budgeting:

Assist in the preparation of annual budgets.

Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Bcom, Mcom , CA or equivalent certification preferred.

Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and finance roles.

Proficient in accounting software and MS Office suite.

Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Knowledge of relevant accounting principles and regulations.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹60,000.00 per month
