About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Software Tester to join our product team at Refill Health Pvt. Ltd. In this role, you'll ensure our software meets the highest quality standards through test planning, bug detection, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute test plans, cases, and scripts based on user requirements
  • Perform manual and automated testing across platforms (Windows, macOS, Android, iOS, browsers
  • Conduct functional, regression, integration, security, and exploratory testing.
  • Collaborate with developers, analysts, and support teams to identify and resolve issues.
  • Analyze root causes of defects and support risk mitigation. Validate bug fixes and ensure high-quality releases.
  • Document results and share actionable feedback with stakeholders.
  • Support QA process improvements and SOP development.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • BTech or BE in ( computer science ) 6 months to 1 years of experience in software testing or QA.
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including SDLC and STLC.
  • Proficiency in Java, Python, or C++ with experience in writing unit and integration tests.
  • Familiarity with test management tools and bug tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
  • Relevant certifications such as CSTE, ISTQB Agile Tester, or CAST.
